The town of Pohořelice has almost 5,000 inhabitants and it is located in the Břeclav district. The zone in Pohořelice provides one of the best locations in the district, especially because of its ideal proximity to transportation. The zone adjoins the expressway R52 Brno - Vienna currently terminating in Pohořelice. The extension of the road all the way to Vienna should be concluded in 2010 at the latest.
