The Industrial Zone Sudoměřice offers flat land of 8,6 ha, that is connected to the main thoroughfare I/55 leading to the motorway D2. Offered real estates are suitable for production, processing, services and other industrial and commercial activities.

The position of the Industrial Zone is in accordance with approved Ground Planning Documentation. Nowadays, the Industrial Zone is provided with basic infrastructure except for sewerage. There is a recently built bypass I/70 leading through the middle of the Industrial Zone connecting the Czech and the Slovak Republic. Underground services and roads are located on the borders of the estates. The Ground Plan allows cesspits. The connection to the municipal Sewage Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) is possible, distance 400 meters. For investors there is also possibility to build their own SWTP with the release to Baťa sewer (distance 400 meters)

The Industrial Zone is not limited by existing development in any way. Existing real estates are possible to enlarge by 6 ha of private lands (also confirmed as an industrial estates by Ground Planning) that are directly related to the Industrial Zone.
